How is my guaranteed income calculated?

After visiting your home, we propose a monthly amount based on market rates (size, location, amenities, character…). This amount is guaranteed for your entire absence, rented or not.


What is the 90-day rule?

In Paris, a primary residence can only be short-stay rented 90 days per year. Beyond that, an exemption (work travel, health…) or change-of-use is needed. We help you find the best solution.


My home is a secondary residence — is that possible?

Yes, but it requires a change-of-use with the city. We can guide you through the process. Contact us to discuss.


Is the service really free?

Yes, 100% free for you. Leazly earns from services billed to guests (cleaning, linen, service fees). No commission on your income.


How are guests selected?

Each guest is carefully vetted: ID verified manually, profile and reviews analysed, purpose of stay checked. We favour business travellers and responsible tourists. A deposit is always held before each stay.


What if something goes wrong or there is damage?

The file combines several protection levels: home insurance, platform guarantees when eligible, Leazly professional insurance, deposit and photo check-in/out. If an issue arises, we document it and coordinate the necessary steps.


How does my return work?

We contact you before your return to organise everything. Exit cleaning and check-out are done, then keys are returned as agreed.
