Will my landlord accept?
You request signed approval from your landlord, using our template if needed. Leazly can speak with them only at your request. Our internal tracking shows 84% approval; each landlord makes their own decision.
How long can I be away?
French law allows 90 short-stay days per year for a primary residence. Beyond that, justification may be required (internship, work trip, health).
How much will I receive?
After reviewing your dossier, Leazly sets a guaranteed rent: you know your monthly amount even if the apartment isn't booked every day.
How does Leazly earn its income?
Depending on your situation, Leazly offers a civil lease or a management mandate, with fixed or prorated income under the terms set out in the contract. After a home visit and signature, the agreed fixed income is paid regardless of occupancy, subject to the contract terms.
